    Physical & Manual Therapy

Targeted movement, manual techniques, and rehabilitation — addressing the musculoskeletal contributors to migraine and chronic pain.

The Role of Physical Therapy in Migraine Treatment

The cervical spine, shoulder girdle, and surrounding musculature play a significant role in the migraine cycle. Muscular tension, poor posture, restricted joint mobility, and trigger points in the neck and head can directly activate or amplify trigeminovascular pain pathways.

Our physical therapy approach targets these musculoskeletal drivers with precision — reducing the peripheral input that feeds central sensitization. Combined with OMT and other therapies, physical therapy helps break the cycle of chronic pain.
